Refund policy

Returns 
Should you wish to return unwanted goods, our policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any return for reasons that are not the fault of Tzur Steel, will be charge restocking fee due to our suppliers standard terms.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a resalable condition. Cut to size items are not accepted in any case.

To complete your return, please email contact@tzursteel.co.uk, attaching proof of purchase and order details.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) due to the restocking charge.

We cannot issue a refund to the following:
– Any item not in its original condition
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery without prior written confirmation from us.
– Any item that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error and cannot be sold.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If the payment still hasn’t processed, then contact your bank / credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@tzursteel.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@tzursteel.co.uk.

You will be responsible for arranging the delivery and paying for the delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
